I have only used this serum for a week so cannot give it a realistic rating. I have several dark spots on my face and so far the serum is not performing very well in that respect. My previous serum targeted dark spots and was working. I do find the serum to be sticky but have learnt to use less and that helps. At 79yrs I am not expecting miracles but I will continue to use the serum for now.

As you mentioned, our serums are highly concentrated, professional-strength formulations used in salons, so we recommend applying only a pea-sized amount to the entire face. The slight tacky or sticky feeling some people experience is due to the high concentration of hydrating humectants in the formula, which are designed to help attract and retain moisture in the skin. Using too much product can make this more noticeable, so we're pleased to hear that reducing the amount has improved the feel for you. With regard to dark spots, these concerns typically require consistent use over several weeks before visible improvements can be assessed. My daughter asked me to try the L’Abu range a couple of years ago, I’d been using Estée Lauder for more years than I remember 🤷🏻♀️didn’t think it would be any good on my 57 year old skin, boy was I surprised!! It’s absolutely fantastic and my skin absolutely glows with the skincare set, I’ve just purchased a set for my partner’s 64th birthday as he keeps trying to pinch mine. 10*’s for L’Abu 👌🏻
