UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, their Terms & Conditions can be found here. Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order, before being dispatched.

First Class UK Delivery (1-2 working days) £3.00

Second Class UK Delivery (2-3 working days) £2.50

Next Day UK Delivery £4.00

Free Next Day UK Delivery on orders over £60.00

Please note for next day delivery, orders will need to be made before 12pm. Next day delivery will be delivered on the next working day.

Select our next day delivery option at point of purchase – ensure you order before 12pm

Orders £60 and above qualify for free Next Day delivery within the UK

Yes just amend the delivery address and billing address to suit!

We don’t currently, but this is something we are looking to do in the future!

If you are out when your parcel is being delivered, do not panic, Royal Mail will leave a failed delivery card. You can then collect from your local royal mail store or arrange a new delivery. If you have any additional issues, please contact [email protected]

You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you.

We are so sorry that your order has not arrived, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order reference and we will look into this for you.

We are so sorry that your order has arrived and is damaged! Please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected] with your order reference and a photo of the damaged item, once the damage has been reviewed we will do our very best to replace the item for you.

UK Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery or collection. Products must be returned in a saleable condition so that we can process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

All returns must be posted recorded signed delivery to L’ABU SKIN, Blyth House, Hordern Road, Wolverhampton, WV6 0HS

When returning any items please use a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives back to us successfully. If you do not use a tracked delivery service, we are not responsible if the item or items aren’t received.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on any special offers.

For items purchased from other online platforms, you will be required to contact the original place of purchase; as when you choose to buy through these outlets you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

Please allow 10-14 working days for your return to be processed and for our team to contact you.

All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase

Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact [email protected] with your order details. If your order has not yet been dispatched will you receive a refund immediately. If your order has been dispatched, you will be refunded upon the order arriving back at our warehouse (Also allowing 10-14 working days for this to be processed)

You cannot change your order once it has been placed, you will need to cancel your order immediately and place another.

Unfortunately once the order has been processed you cannot change the delivery address, if you are quick and the order is still pending, contact [email protected] and customer services will look at this for you

We would ask that you get in touch with us at [email protected] within 14 days of dispatch of your order, for us to investigate any missing parcels as a priority

Orders will be packed within a L’abu premium box to fit each product and shipped within a padded envelope.

Payments

For any order placed on our website www.labuskin.com, payment will be taken as soon as the order has been placed and confirmed.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Maestro.

No, there are no charges for using a credit card

Gifts

We don’t currently provide gift wrapping but would be looking to do this in the foreseeable future!

Products

We do I very best to ensure stock is always available, however sometimes, as our products are handmade within the UK, deliveries vary. If a product is out of stock, and the website does not mention a restocking date, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to advise on restocking dates.

We have a step by step guide available which explains how our products are used and when! If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us with your concerns via our email [email protected]

No, we do not test on animals and our products are vegan friendly!

No, our products are chemical, paraben, silicone, and sulphate free!

As our products are power packed with organic ingredients, direct sunlight exposure can activate and affect them. Please store in a dry cool place.
